Kasese high Court has remanded a Forty-year-old man to Mubuku Government Prison until 01.October 2024, on allegations of incest.
High Court Presided over by Hon. Justice David Makumbi heard that on 1st, June,2024 while at Nyamatunga two village in Munkunyu sub county, Kasese district, Mr. James Byaruhanga reportedly defiled his one and half year-old Baby girl.

Same also court also adjourned hearing of a twenty-year-old man, Mr. Gerald Baluku to the 01.October who reportedly defiled a five-year-old minor.
Court heard that on 16th March, 2024 while at Kasangali A Cell, Kabatunda town council, Mr. Gerald Baluku defiled a five-year old Minor, but the accused took plea of not guilty.
The same High court, send back on remand Mr. Anthony Muhindo, a Murder suspect to 08th.October.2024 for hearing as Mr. Ezra Kabenda another suspect of aggravated robbery was send back to Prison. END.
