Only at 40 percent of health workers and teachers in Kasese district have taken COVID-19 Pandemic Vaccine, the Executive director Baylor Uganda Dr. Addy Kekitiinwa has said.
Speaking to media shortly after Vaccine Advocacy dialogue meeting for stakeholders at Sanbdton Hotel in Kasese town, Dr. Addy who asked front line workers to impress the jab however regretted that government had done little to sensitize the country about the vaccine, giving space for the public to make their own un informed conclusion.

Rev. Ezra Mukonzo, the inter faith Association Chairperson in Kasese district who welcomed the vaccine said that he had been skeptical about COVID-19 vaccination following several diversionary messages against the jab. Rev Mukonzo speaking………
In his closing remarks, the Kasese district Deputy Speaker, Hon. Elly Magwara iasked the trainees to be Ambassadors to sensitize the community about the COVID-19 vaccine he said is the only safety for the country. Hon.Magwara speaking………
