Kasese High Court is closing the year handling 40 cases of defilement and incest, Counsel Luke Kanyonyi from Kanyonyi and Co, Advocates has said.
Facilitating at a youth conference on Sunday at Bishop Egidio Primary school in Nyakabingo sub-county organized by Kasindi Students Association-KUSA, Counsel Kanyonyi attributed increased defilement and incest cases to parent’s negligence to perform their parental roles.
