Today marks four years down the road since Mbunga Sub County in Kasese district has never received central government grants to run the new administrative unit, the LC 3 chairperson, Ms Ruth Biira has said.
Ruth attributes inadequate service delivery to her electorates to late release of funds which could have been used in the implementation of various government projects.
Speaking to our reporter yesterday Ms.Ruth who said since 2018, government has never released IPF funds to the sub-county, asked the CAO Kasese to expedite the process of reminding central government to consider Mbunga sub-county.
