Four people have reportedly been arrested to help into investigation about the murder of twenty three years old man Mr. Herbert Baluku who was discovered dead in his garden in Kitaka village in Kilembe sub-county Kasese district.
The Regional Police commander for Rwenzori east region, Superintendent of Police Asiimwe Samuel confirmed the information and said the suspects are in police custody without divulging details.
