A thirty eight year teacher at Vision Model Primary school in Mpondwe-Lhubiriha town council in Kasese district has been found dead in his bed in Kaserengethe one cell, few meters away from his work station.
The area local council one Chairperson, Mr. Stephen Mujuni confirmed the information and identified the deceased as one Mr. Lazarus Thembo, a teacher who hails from Kyogha village in Bwera sub county in Kasese district.
Mr. Mujuni said whereas they were waiting for the details of the postmortem report, the deceased’s neighbors suspect the late Lazarus could have died about three days ago. Mr. Mujuni speaking1……
