A 32-year-old man is allegedly admitted at Kagando Hospital in Kasese district, after his wife attempted to cut off his private parts last night, before being denied his conjugal rights.
The Chairperson Local Council three for Kyondo sub-county, Mr. Juvenile Muke has identified the victim as Mr.Rogers Thembo, a resident of Kyamukungu Village.
Mr. Muke who strongly condemned the act asked married couples to understand each other in their homes when it comes to conjugal rights than using excessive force, resulting to body harm. Mr. Juvenile speaking….
Muke also said the Woman who is in Police cells at Kyondo Police station, has apologized to his husband.
