Kasese Chief Magistrates Court has sentenced a 30 years old man to Four years Imprisonment or pay a fine of two point five Million shillings on allegation of illegal entry and killing wildlife animals into protected area in Queen Elizabeth National park.
Court Presided over by her worship Betty Ajok heard that on 4th February, 2022 while in Rwehingo Village in Nyakiyumbu sub county, Kasese district, Mr. Lauriano Kule illegally entered the protected area and killed wild life animals.
Speaking to Our Reporter shortly after Court, Counsel Luke Kanyonyi from Kanyonyi and Co. advocates said his client John Muhindo will serve his sentence until he raises two point five million shillings.
