Police in Kitabu Sub County in Kasese district has reportedly arrested the father of Ms. Betty Kabugho 25 who has failed to account for her newly born baby.
Mr. Robert Kyana confirmed that Mr. Nzande Minzani was arrested over suspicious statements perceived by police to be shielding the suspect.
Mr. Kyana who said the search for the dumped baby is ongoing, indicated that the arrest for Mr. Nzinde is also related to the contradicting statements over the matter between him and his daughter, the suspect. Mr. Kyana speaking………….
