A twenty five year old man has been arrested over alleged theft of Vanilla in Nyabirongo one village in Kisinga Sub County in Kasese district.
Mr. Jackson Mukeri, the local council three Chairperson for Kisinga sub county in Kasese district confirmed the arrest of one Mr. Robert Kule, a resident of Busyangwa village in Kisinga Sub County.
Mr.Mukeriwas disappointment with the yesterday`s incident which he partly blamed on laziness by young boys who are out of school but love luxuries. Mr.Mukeri Speaking………
