Chief magistrate’s court at Kasese has set free a 24 year old man, Mr. Joel Sibanza after the two parties successfully convinced court to settle the matter out of judicature.
Court Presided over by Kasese chief magistrate, Her Worship Betty Ajok heard that in June, 2022 while at Kisanyarazi trading Centre in Karusandara subcounty in Kasese district, the accused destroyed an electric popcorn frying machine, assaulted the plaintiff, Ms. Juliet Biira who is the rightful owner of the unit and threatened her clients.
