There was a reported drama like scenario near Kihara primary school in Bugoye Sub County in Kasese district when a twenty two year old youth was allegedly beaten for taking receiving a gift for a candidate he later denied the vote.

Speaking to Kasese guide radio shortly after being rescued by his FDC colleagues, Mr. Luke Mbaju, the victim said that it all started when the alleged bribers of the fifteen thousand shillings demanded a refund after he voted his opposition candidate during the parish youth polls.
