    2 women arrested in fake money printing scam.

    Meanwhile, Police in Kwania district have arrested two women on allegation of defrauding people claiming to have the capacity to print money.  



    The suspects have been identified as Semmy Ejang aka Semmy Opio Modek, the NRM Woman League Chairperson for Kwania District and one Gloria Kali Akello, both residents of Aduku Township cell in Teduka ward, Aduku Town Council.

    Edith Basalirwa, the Kwania District Police Commander said the suspects defrauded Lydia Abuk, who represents Persons with Disability at Aduku Town Council 3.5 million shillings, and two unidentified politicians from Inomo Sub County of 4.5 million shillings.

    The suspects reportedly promised to print for them genuine money in order to use it during their campaigns to canvas for votes. END
