An 18 year old girl has drowned and died from River Kabiriti in Kahokya Sub-County, Kasese district, Kasese Guide Radio has learnt.
No official comment yet from police, but the Chairperson Local council three Kahokya Sub-County, Mr.Nyesio Byamutima Bwambale confirmed and identified the deceased as Irene Muhindo who hails from Kaberere Village in Kyondo Sub-County.
Byamutima said late Irene who is suspected to have eclipsy, drowned and died as she attempted to fetch water from river kabairiti, minutes after attending Kabiriti full gospel church crusade.
