Eighteen families could face eviction in future in Kasese Municipality after they reportedly encroached on Queen Elizabeth national park, Kasese Guide Radio has learnt.
Speaking to Our Reporter shortly after monitoring the community-national park boundaries yesterday, Mr. Martine Safari, the central division chairman in Kasese Municipality said they were to make a report about their findings and proposals to Uganda Wildlife Authority for a solution.
Mr. Safari who called for calm among the affected people as they internalize the matter at hand, calls for though consultation by developers before putting up any developments to avoid future inconveniences. Mr. Safari speaking1…..
