A 12 year old minor is reported to have committed suicide in Kilembequarter cell, Central Division in Kasese Municipality, Kasese Guide Radio has learnt.
No official comment yet from Police, but the area Local Council one chairperson, Mr. Mozoora Bernard confirmed the information, saying the yet to be identified minor is alleged to have ended his life after taking poison. Mr. Muzoora speaking…..
